Planograms: PSA files (.psa) in ZIP archives. Versions 8.x, 9.x, 10.x supported.
Product & Store Masters: CSV or Excel (.xlsx, .xls), up to 100MB for products, 10MB for stores.

Most space planning software (JDA, Blue Yonder, Relex, Apollo, Shelf Logic) can export to PSA format. Check your tool's export settings. If you're stuck, contact support—we can guide you through the export process or recommend converters.

Planogram ZIPs: No hard limit, but 100MB+ may take several minutes to process.
Product Masters: 100MB max.
Store Masters: 10MB max.

Yes! Upload as many planogram sets as your plan allows (50 for Starter, 200 for Professional, unlimited for Enterprise). Each set is versioned and archived automatically when you upload a replacement.

Yes. We use schema-per-tenant isolation, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and Azure-native infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II certified. Your planogram data never mixes with other customers, and all access is logged for audit compliance.

All data is stored on Microsoft Azure (default region: Central India). Geo-redundant backups replicate to secondary regions automatically. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency.

Absolutely. Export any analytics table to CSV or Excel with one click. No lock-in. Enterprise plans include REST API access for automated exports.

You can cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted per our retention policy.

Each PSA file in your ZIP counts as one planogram, regardless of how many stores it applies to. For example, if you upload a ZIP with 25 PSA files (one category rolling out to 500 stores), that's 25 planograms.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing. No penalties for downgrading.
